Building New York is a lively conversation hosted by Michael Stoler, President of New York Real Estate TV, LLC, Managing Director at Madison Realty Capital, real estate commentator at 1010 WINS AM, and featured columnist at The Real Deal Magazine. The show is New York's only television broadcast featuring local and national leaders responsible for real estate activities in the Metropolitan region. The program debuted on television and CUNY TV, owned and operated by the City University of New York in March 2006. The program highlights the life of individuals responsible for changing the skyline of the tri-state region. The guests share their thoughts and personal experience on important real estate issues in the largest real estate community in the world.

The half hour talk show airs nine times a month in New York City on CUNY TV, Channel 75 and three times a week in East Hampton, Island. Each new broadcast airs on the last Monday of the month airing at 10 AM, 4 PM and 10 PM, airing later on Thursday at 11:30, Saturday at 5 PM and Sunday at 8:30 AM. The show also airs the following Thursday at 6 AM, one week later on Saturday at 8:30 am with a final broadcast on the following Wednesday at noon.

On Saturday, July 25, 2009, Building New York began airing in all 50 states and around the world on DIRECTV and Hot Bolt Satellite on JLTV, Channel 366. A new broadcast airs at 10 AM (EST) on satellite as well as airing in New York City & NJ on Time Warner Cable, channel 120, Hudson County on Channel 137.

The show will also began airing in Comcast cable in more than 34 million household.
