Michael Stoler

Michael Stoler is the President of New York Real Estate TV, LLC, a Managing Director at Madison Realty Capital. Mr. Stoler served as a Senior Principal at Apollo Real Estate Advisors, a leading international real estate fund manager, from 2006 until November 2008, where he focused on new acquisitions across all of Apollo’s funds under management. Prior to joining Apollo he served as Senior Vice President, at First American Title Insurance Company of New York, and Princeton Commercial Corporation, a management consulting and financing firm, which he founded in 1977. His clients have included Signature Bank, HSH Nordbank, Deloitte & Touche, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Swiss Bank Corporation, U.S. Trust, Israel Discount Bank, Bank Leumi, Sterling National Bank, Chase Manhattan Bank, Bankers Trust Company, Itel Corporation, Paychex, Yasuda Bank & Trust, Snapple Beverage Company, Equifax and Republic National Bank.

Mr. Stoler is the host and executive producer of "The Stoler Report-Real Estate Trends in the Tri State Region. The Stoler Report is New York's only television broadcast featuring real estate and business leaders. The show is now in its ninth season originally airing on radio in November 2001 and moved to television in September 2003. In June, 2009 the show as awarded two Telly Awards. In the past three years the show has won a total of 8 Telly awards.

Michael is also the host and executive producer of "Building New York" a program that profiles the lives of individuals responsible for shaping the skyline of the tri-state region. The show now in its fifth , was a receipt of a silver and bronze Telly Award in 2008 and a bronze Telly Award in 2009.

Mr. Stoler served as the Contributing Editor and Real Estate Columnist for the New York Sun. Mr. Stoler serves as a columnist for The Real Deal Magazine and a weekly contributor to their web sites.

Michael serves as the real estate commentator on 1010 WINS radio, the most listened too radio station in the nation. "The Michael Stoler Real Estate Report" premiered on 1010 WINS radio in June 2007, and airs on Saturdays and Sundays. Michael Stoler as an Adjunct Professor at the NYU Real Estate Institute and one of the co-chairs of the annual capital markets symposium. He has been a guest on CNBC Cable and frequently lectures on real estate and business at professional organizations. He is a Director of the Real Estate Lenders Association, a Governor of the National Realty Club, member of the ULI, and The Metropolitan Mortgage Officers Society.

Mr. Stoler serves on the boards of charitable organizations including the Foundation for Medical Evaluation & Early Detection, Jewish Community Relations Council of New York, Helene Fuld College of Nursing, American ORT and the executive board of the New York Region of State of Israel Bonds and associate trustee of the NYU Langone Medical Center. Mr. Stoler is the coordinator and moderator of the New York Money Summit and symposiums. He lectures and moderates panels throughout the country for professional organizations including, the Real Estate Lenders Association, NYU Real Estate Institute, MBA of New York, National Realty Club, Urban Land Institute, Real Estate Board of New York, Metropolitan Mortage Officers Society, Appraisal Instiute, Association of Real Estate Women.

Michael coordinates and moderates regional symposiums for the Real Estate Lenders Association in New York City, Chicago, Boston and Washington as well as serving as keynote speaker for the annual meeting of the Community Housing Improvement Program.
